Serving Flint and the communities around it.

Based here, not dispatched here

Moody's is a Flint business — the owner lives and works here. That matters at 2am when the pipe bursts: the truck isn't coming from two counties away.

What Genesee County houses throw at a plumber

A lot of the housing stock here is mid-century: galvanized supply lines near the end of their life, cast iron drains that eventually need drain cleaning or sewer line repair, and basements that flood in a wet spring. Twenty-plus years working on exactly these houses is the difference between guessing and knowing.

Town by town

Burton and Davison are east of Flint, Grand Blanc and Fenton are south, Flushing and Swartz Creek are west and southwest, and Mt. Morris and Clio are north. The emergency line and the $60 diagnostic work the same way in all of them.
