Quotes and pricing
We give you the price before any work starts. You approve it first. If we find something genuinely unexpected, we stop and re-quote rather than adding to the bill.
Estimates
If we need to come out, the $60 trip & diagnostic fee covers coming out, inspecting the problem and pricing the job, and it is waived when you hire us.
Cancellations
Cancel or move a booked appointment any time before we set off and there is no charge.
Access and safety
We need safe access to the work area and the main shut-off. If a site is unsafe we will stop and explain why.
Payment
Due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing. Payment plans are available on bigger projects — ask when you call.
