What we collect
Your name, phone number, email if you give one, your address, and what you tell us about the job.
Collected automatically when you visit
Our chat and messaging provider, LeadConnector (part of GoHighLevel), stores a session ID and your visit history in your browser, and sends a device identifier, the page you came from and your session data to its servers, so a chat can be tied to your visit. Cloudflare, which protects those servers, sets a cookie called __cf_bm to block spam bots, and runs a security check (Turnstile) when you open the chat. This site's fonts load from Google Fonts and the chat's fonts from Bunny Fonts; both receive your IP address when your browser fetches the font files.
Why we collect it
To quote your work, book the visit, and contact you about it. We also keep a record of the job for our records.
Text messages and consent
When you send us a message through this website, you agree to receive text messages from us about your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us calling you about a job already booked.
We do not sell your information
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging consent is never shared with anyone.
Who we share it with
Our scheduling and messaging provider, LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), and Jeremy, who does the work. The services named under “Collected automatically” above receive only what is described there. We never sell customer data.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for your job, plus whatever our accountant and the state require for tax records. After that we delete it.
Your choices
- Ask us what we hold on you, and we will tell you.
- Ask us to delete it, and we will unless we are legally required to keep it.
- Reply STOP to any text to stop texts immediately.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no ad pixels. The chat keeps its session details in your browser's storage, and Cloudflare's __cf_bm cookie is a security cookie that blocks spam bots. If analytics are switched on, they measure page visits only and are not used to identify you personally.
